Our signature espresso blend is sweet throughout, with balanced acidity, smooth body, and a caramel chocolate finish.

 Our classic English Breakfast blend combines a rich, malty SFTGFOP (Super Fine Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe) tea from Assam with golden Ceylon Pekoe from Sri Lanka’s famed Uva region. This noble tea can stand alone, but also pairs well with milk and sugar

Iron of Goddess of Mercy

The long-adored Oolong cultivar, Tieguanyin, means “Iron Goddess of Mercy,” and its history is steeped in Chinese legend. Like its flavor, Tieguanyin’s manufacturing process is complex, requiring artisanal skill and passion. Ours is roasted in the traditional method in Anxi County in Fujian Province; the laborious nature of its creation coming through in every sip.

Italian Grey

Bergamot is a highly aromatic citrus, the finest emerging from the southern Italian region of Calabria. The oil taken from the rind of this sweet-smelling fruit has been used in Italian folk medicine for generations, and has infused Earl Grey teas since the 1830’s when British Prime Minister Earl Grey received this exotic gift from a Chinese tea merchant. Ours brings together the natural essences of sun-ripened Italian bergamot with the intensity of Ceylon black tea leaves.

Hibiscus Elixir

Throughout the Caribbean, Central America and Mexico, hibiscus flowers are more than just an iconic figure in the art of the region – they also make a rejuvenating elixir that restores the body and soul. Served hot or chilled, sweet or plain, our Agua de Flor is complemented with revitalizing licorice, ginger and elderberries.

Indian Rose Garden

Ayurveda has revered the rose since ancient times for its ability to bring peace, balance and beauty to the body. We have developed this relaxing blend as a tribute to the healing powers of Lord Krishna’s favorite fragrant flower. This soothing blend incorporates the calming effect of French lavender with USA-grown spearmint for a cup that embodies peace, balance and beauty.

Himalayan Mountain

A stone’s throw over the border from the famous tea growing region of Darjeeling, Nepal’s fertile soils and misty Himalayan foothills have given birth to uncommonly flavorful teas. Ours is made from the spring harvest and flavorful cultivars at the venerable Jun Chiyabari tea garden. Sip this transcendent tea for a pure taste from Nepal’s sacred mountains.

Japanese Peasant

In the days of the Samurai, green tea was a luxury in Japan. It was common practice for peasants to bolster their precious tea supply by adding brown rice. Soon the lightly toasted flavor of Genmaicha, or brown rice tea, became a staple throughout the country. Our version of “the people’s tea,” as it is affectionately called in Japan, is made from indigenous cultivars and prepared in the patient, mindful, fukamushi deep-steamed method.

Organic green tea leaves grown in Kagoshima, Japan (Yabukita, Yutaka Midori, Hatsumomiji cultivars) and organic toasted brown rice

Moroccan Jasmine Mint

To the North African nomadic tribes, a glass of mint tea offers a refreshing escape from the dry desert heat. It is a symbol of friendship and an afternoon tonic often taken in the shade of a Berber tent. Ours is made with the finest grade Fujian jasmine green tea and USA-grown peppermint. Brew with a handful of fresh mint and a scoop of sugar for an intoxicating taste of old Morocco.
